Frequently Asked Questions

  • Question: What sort of items can I find in my box each month?

Answer: You can choose from either Standard size or Super size or Mini size. For our Mom and Baby Super Box, we would include items for both Mom and Baby based on what would most commonly be needed at the time.

For example, if you are currently pregnant and have a 12-month old, we would send goodies for Mom to aid the pregnancy such as maternity pants, belly support, comfy shorts, etc. We would also include for Baby items that are 12-months size such as onesies, sleep sack, diaper bag, etc.

After Mom gives birth, we would personalize your box differently by sending postpartum recovery items such as belly binder, baby carrier, swaddles, towels, etc.

The Standard Box has anywhere between 4-7 items, while the Super Box can have anywhere between 8-11 items, our Mini Box comes with 2-4 items. Also, the Super Box will include more premium items such as baby carrier, diaper bags, etc.


  • Question: What sort of special requests can I make?

Answer: After you sign up, you will receive an email with a link to our Personalization Survey. Within the survey, you can tell us as much or as little as you'd like. Let us know your sizing for Mom and Baby. Write in your wish list items and if we have them and they fit in the box, we will send them.

If you'd also like us to customize one of our onesie designs with your baby's name on it, you can let us know your baby's name as well.

If we do not carry certain items, and we are getting a good amount of requests, we will look into sourcing these for upcoming boxes.

We can’t always accommodate special requests, but we will make our best efforts to do so based on available stock.


  • Question: How often can I change up my requests for my box?

Answer: You will be getting a reminder email before your next box shipment. In the email will be a link to the Personalization Survey again. You can go to that link and update any changes you have.

It does take us around two weeks to prepare and personalize each box before we ship them out at your chosen schedule, so if your notes come in during those two preparation weeks or too close to our ship out time, we may not be able to accommodate for the current shipment.

We would, then, keep your notes for the next shipment and prepare for your next box based on these notes.


  • Question: One of the items do not fit, what can I do?

Answer: If the item you received does not fit, we can ship you out a different size, simply email us or let our chat support know. However, the specific items in each monthly box may not run in all sizes, so your replacement items may be a different comparable item that run in your applicable size.


  • Question: Can I return some items in this month's subscription box so I can get something else?

Answer: If you've received the incorrect sizing, simply let us know via our Chat Support or email, and we will make it right.

Generally, we have a 30-day return policy. Returns are on a case-by-case basis for Subscription Boxes. Simply visit our Returns Center and submit your Return Request. We will reach out within 24-48 hours to let you know if your request has been approved or not.

Socks, accessories, and underwear cannot be returned.

When you reach certain points in your pregnancy or your infant's early days, we may reach out to you via email to ask if you have any updated preferences so we can better personalize your box.

We will use these updated notes to personalize your next Subscription Box with your new size and preferences. 

If you're going on vacation or don't need a new box one month, simply skip a month whenever you'd like.

If the subscription service is no longer a good fit for you, you can cancel your subscription at anytime before your next box ships out. You can create an account at anytime after purchase in order to manage your subscriptions directly.
